Server Rules

Last updated: May 21, 2026

Core Philosophy

The framing behind every rule below. When something is unclear, default to whatever produces a better story for everyone at the scene.

1.1Culture of Fun

Our goal is to provide an environment where losing a gunfight or losing a chase doesn’t punish the player — it rewards all parties with a fun and engaging RP experience.

1.2Engaging Ruleset

We aren’t here to micromanage your RP. We’ve set out a clear ruleset that encourages roleplay over rule play.

Staff adjudicate rule breaks based on the actual damage caused. If a situation leads to a positive RP experience, we see no reason to intervene.

Community Rules

These apply across every platform — Discord, DMs, social media, the lot. Not just in-game.

2.1No Hate Speech or Real-World Bigotry

This is a roleplay community, not a space for real-world politics or prejudice. Any form of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, religious intolerance, or similar hate will not be tolerated — in or out of character.

Roleplay cannot be used to excuse hate. You can play a villain without importing real-world bigotry. Violators will be removed from the community.

2.2No Harassment

Harassment outside of the game — through Discord, DMs, social media, or other platforms — is not tolerated. This includes targeted insults, sexual harassment, threats, stalking, or any behavior that causes real-world discomfort, intimidation, or harm. Unwanted attention that continues after boundaries are clearly set is also harassment.

We are not here to mediate personal fallouts, friend group drama, or private disagreements. However, we reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior off-server poses a threat to player safety, creates a hostile environment, or undermines the integrity of the community.

Examples of unacceptable OOC conduct
  • Sending repeated messages after being blocked
  • Harassing someone over RP events via Discord
  • Group chats formed to mock or doxx members
  • Sharing personal info or screenshots without consent

If you feel unsafe or targeted outside the game, open a ticket with context. We take real-world harassment seriously.

2.3Off-Server Conduct

We are not here to mediate friend group disputes or personal fallouts. But if your off-server conduct creates a hostile environment or threatens the well-being of another player, we reserve the right to remove you from the community, regardless of where the behavior occurred.

This includes, but is not limited to: harassment, doxxing, threats, targeted smear campaigns, or behavior that erodes trust or safety.

We won’t mediate personal relationships — but we will act when something affects the health of the community.

2.4Community Toxicity

Criticism is welcome. Toxicity is not.

You’re free to share concerns or disagreements — but abuse, harassment, or targeted negativity toward the community, server, or staff will not be tolerated.

We take accountability seriously. Reports involving staff (even owners) are reviewed independently. This includes ban disputes.

2.5Adult Server

This server is 18+. Humor and conversation topics may be adult in nature.

2.6No Backseat Moderating

If someone is breaking a rule, open a ticket — don’t try to enforce it yourself in public channels.

2.7No Advertising

Do not promote other game servers, Discords, or communities without staff approval.

2.8Leave Drama at the Door

Constant negativity, OOC beef in public chat, or fueling arguments will get you removed.

2.9Ban Appeals

If you’re banned and can no longer post in Discord, you can appeal through our website. We understand mistakes happen — staff are human. Appeals are reviewed by someone other than the original issuing staff member to ensure fairness.

2.10Ban Evasion and Alts

Do not use alt accounts to evade bans, spy on community spaces, or manipulate social interactions. Any use of alternate Discord or FiveM accounts must be disclosed to staff.

2.11Ticket & Channel Use & Spam

Use tickets and channels for their intended purpose. Keep reports clear, respectful, and on-topic. Do not spam, meme, argue with staff, or submit joke reports — misuse may result in restrictions or disciplinary action.

2.12Naming Policy

All usernames, character names, and profile content must follow community standards. No slurs, impersonation, offensive references, sexual content, or troll material. We reserve the right to ask you to change your name at any time. This includes profile pictures, bios, statuses, emojis, and any public content linked to your account.

General In-Game Rules

Roleplay Over Gunplay — RP escalation must come before violence.

3.1Roleplay First

This is an RP server first and a game server second. You must remain in character at all times and approach every situation with the intent to engage, react, and contribute to the scene.

  • If another player offers roleplay, you’re expected to reciprocate — even if you’re grinding, crafting, or committing a crime. There is no “busy farming” exception.
  • If you’re offered roleplay from law enforcement during a criminal event, you must give something back. You don’t have to surrender, but you do have to engage.

3.2In-Game Harassment

This is a roleplay server — character conflict, betrayal, revenge, and long-term storylines are part of the experience. However, using RP as a cover for personal targeting or making another player feel unsafe is not acceptable.

Harassment in-server includes
  • Repeatedly inserting into another player’s RP without connection or purpose
  • Using multiple characters to follow or provoke the same player
  • Refusing to disengage from someone who has clearly attempted to exit the RP
  • Pushing discomfort under the guise of “it’s just RP” with no collaborative narrative
This does not include
  • Gang or criminal retaliation based on actual storylines
  • Long-term rivalries, betrayals, or consequences from prior RP
  • Intense or high-stakes RP when both players are actively engaged in the story

If you’re unsure whether something is crossing the line, open a ticket. Staff will review intent, frequency, justification, and whether OOC boundaries were respected.

False or weaponized harassment reports used to avoid IC consequences may lead to disciplinary action.

3.3No Breaking Character

You may not break character in the middle of a scene. If you believe a rule has been broken, complete the interaction and report it afterward through the proper channels. The only exceptions are serious violations like hate speech, sexual content, or extreme harassment — which should be reported immediately.

Do not say things like “nice RDM” or “failRP” in character. Do not complain about desync or make jokes about mechanics while you’re supposed to be playing your character.

3.4No Exploiting

If a mechanic isn’t working as intended or is over-tuned, report it to staff and stop using it.

  • Combat logging
  • Money or item duplication
  • Camping respawn points
  • Major crime mechanics 30 minutes before or after server restarts
  • Abusing mechanics to avoid consequences or break immersion
  • Sending money, items, or goods between characters

3.5Abusing Respawn Mechanics

You must not use respawn unless unreachable by PD/EMS or glitched. If police are present, you must turn yourself in.

3.6Value Your Life (NVL)

You must value your life and the lives of others. Surrender when realistically required unless you are RPing full consequences (perma, termination, or permanent drawbacks).

3.7No Metagaming

Using OOC information to influence IC actions is prohibited.

The use of third-party communication tools to discuss roleplay or server content while loaded into any server is strictly prohibited.

3.8No Stream Sniping or Clout Chasing

Do not watch or interact with streams while playing. Do not use streams to locate or target players.

3.9No Character Bleeding

Character bleeding is the transfer of thoughts, emotions, or knowledge between characters you play. Each character must act independently with their own thoughts, emotions, and knowledge.

  • Do not target a group on one character because of a grudge your other character has
  • Do not act familiar with people your current character has never met, even if another character knows them

3.10No Powergaming

Do not force outcomes or remove another player’s agency.

3.11Fail RP

Low-effort or disruptive RP may result in removal.

3.12Copyright Music

Do not play copyrighted music in public areas.

3.13Server Events

Do not disrupt server-wide events unless approved by senior staff.

3.14Govt / Job Rules

Power must be used fairly and with RP justification. OOC sabotage is not allowed.

3.15Green Zones

Low-effort or repeated crime in government areas is prohibited.

Conflict Rules

When weapons come out, these rules govern the encounter.

4.1No RDM (Random Deathmatching)

No combat without RP initiation.

4.2No VDM (Vehicle Deathmatching)

Vehicles may not be used as weapons except in last-resort escape scenarios.

4.3Camping (Teleports & Ladders)

Do not camp exits or transitions.

4.4Conflict Numbers

Caps on how many can be involved in active conflict.

Conflict TypeLimit
General Conflict5v5 (Police may exceed based on SOPs)
Turf/PropertyDefenders present
Heists (Crims)Max 5
Heists (Police)Max 8

4.6Endless Conflict & Cooldowns

Conflicts must have an end. Repeated mass shootouts may be fail RP.

4.7Pocket Wiping

Looting without RP justification is prohibited.

Injury, Death & Medical RP

5.1Post-Conflict Behavior

Remain in character while downed or injured.

5.2New Life Rule (NLR)

Executed characters lose identifying memories of attackers.

5.3Ocean Dumping

Allowed for story purposes but not to force memory loss or permadeath.

Restrictions & Corruption

6.1Graphic Content

  • No Erotic RP
  • No graphic mutilation or torture without consent
  • No bad-taste RP mirroring real-life trauma without approval

6.2Government Corruption

Corruption RP must remain reasonable and balanced. Consequences apply. Do not distribute restricted items.
